Some arrangements include a vase as shown in the product image. If not specified, flowers may be arranged in an appropriate container selected by Floristella.

3. Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes. A personalized message (up to 200 characters) may be added during checkout.

4. Can I order cakes or add-ons?

Yes. Perishable add-ons are subject to the same delivery conditions. Failed delivery will not result in a new replacement set.

Select a product and complete checkout by providing recipient details and payment information.

2. How much are shipping/delivery charges?

• Free for Metro Manila and Rizal Province
• ₱250 for areas outside Metro Manila and Rizal Province

Same-day orders must be fully paid by 2:00 PM Philippine time.

3. Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes. Sender details will remain confidential unless you choose to disclose them.

4. How do I amend my order?

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

1. Can you deliver at a specific date and time?

Delivery windows:
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Windows are best-effort targets. A 5% refund applies only if delivery exceeds 2 hours beyond selected window due to Floristella’s fault.

Peak seasons: Delivery anytime between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

2. What if the recipient is unavailable?

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, refusal, or venue restrictions, the order is considered fulfilled. Redelivery requires additional charges.

3. How can I check the status of my order?

Upon check out, you will be given a reference number for your
order. You may use our Track my order feature by typing in the reference
number. You can track if your order has been confirmed, is still in progress,
in transit or has been delivered successfully or if the item has been returned
to our warehouse for some reason. You will also receive an email confirmation
once the order has been delivered successfully.

We accept major cards, PayPal, GCash, and bank transfer.
Floristella reserves the right to cancel or verify suspicious transactions.
