Orders fully paid before 2:00 PM Philippine time qualify for same-day delivery. We deliver within two windows: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM and 1:00 PM–8:00 PM. Delivery is free within Metro Manila and Rizal. A flat ₱250 fee applies to all other locations across the Philippines — no hidden charges, no variable rates.

For Metro Manila and Rizal, our own in-house florists prepare and deliver every arrangement directly. For the rest of the Philippines, we work with a carefully vetted network of partner florists — chosen for quality, reliability, and alignment with Floristella's standards. Every order goes through the same quality expectations regardless of where it is going.

Photo Confirmation on Every Delivery

After your arrangement is delivered, we send a photo as proof — so you know it arrived fresh, intact, and presented exactly as intended. For senders who cannot be there in person, this is peace of mind. For recipients, it reflects the care behind every Floristella order.
