The flowers were delivered in good condition. They could use improvements on their response time and delivering on time though. There was a moment on delivery day that they did not respond and I got worried sick thinking it might have been a scam. Also I chose the delivery time to be before 1pm but it came to our house at around 4pm already. I did not expect it to be late since I purchased this in advance and I had clear instructions. The flowers were amazing. Customer service and delivery time were both disappointing I hope they work on this and be receptive to feedback.
