All you need:

  • Internet access

  • A credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, GCash, and bank transfer accepted)

  • The recipient’s complete Philippine address

  • The recipient’s Philippine mobile number


Step-by-Step: How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Arrangement

Browse by occasion — birthday, anniversary, sympathy, romantic, or “just because.” Best Sellers are a reliable starting point.

All bouquets are arranged fresh on the delivery date. Due to seasonal availability and natural variation, slight differences in bloom size or shade may occur, but the overall design theme and value are always preserved.


Step 2: Select Your Delivery Date

You may schedule delivery up to one month in advance.

For same-day delivery within Metro Manila and Rizal Province, orders must be fully paid before 2:00 PM Philippine time.

If you are ordering from abroad, remember that the cut-off follows Philippine time, not your local time zone.

Delivery fees:

  • Free within Metro Manila and Rizal

  • ₱250 for areas outside Metro Manila and Rizal

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout.


Step 3: Provide Complete Recipient Details

Include:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Barangay

  • Unit or building name (if applicable)

  • Philippine mobile number

Accurate information ensures smooth delivery.

If this is a surprise, you may indicate that in the order notes.


Step 4: Add a Personal Message

Each order includes a complimentary message card. A few sincere words make a lasting impact.


Step 5: Payment

Floristella accepts major international credit and debit cards, PayPal, GCash, and bank transfer.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Floristella reserves the right to request verification for suspicious or high-risk transactions.


Step 6: Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. You may track your order status using your reference number.


Delivery Windows

Standard delivery windows:

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Delivery windows are provided on a best-effort basis.

If delivery is completed more than two (2) hours beyond the selected window due solely to Floristella’s fault, a 5% refund of the order value will apply.

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, All Saints’ Day), delivery window selection is not available. Deliveries are scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.


What If the Recipient Is Not Home?

Delivery is considered fulfilled when:

  • The recipient receives the arrangement

  • A responsible person at the address receives it

  • It is left with building reception or concierge

  • A delivery attempt is properly recorded

If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect details, refusal, or venue restrictions, the order is considered fulfilled.

Redelivery requests may be accommodated subject to additional delivery charges and will use the same returned items, including perishable add-ons such as cakes.

Floristella delivers nationwide across the Philippines.

Same-day delivery is available within:

  • Metro Manila

  • Rizal Province

  • Selected nearby areas

For other provinces including Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Iloilo, and more, next-day delivery is generally available depending on location.
