How Same-Day Flower Delivery Works

Floristella offers same-day flower delivery across Metro Manila, Rizal, and selected nearby provinces for orders placed before 2:00 PM Philippine time.

Here’s the process:

  1. Place your order online before 2:00 PM

  2. Your bouquet is arranged fresh on the same day

  3. Our delivery team dispatches within your selected window

  4. Your recipient receives the arrangement within the day

Every arrangement is prepared fresh on the delivery date. Due to seasonal availability and natural variation in flowers, slight differences in bloom size or shade may occur — but the overall design theme and value are always preserved.

Areas Covered

Same-day delivery covers all cities within Metro Manila, including:

Makati, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Parañaque, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Pasay, San Juan, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, and Manila.

Same-day delivery also extends to Rizal Province and selected nearby areas such as Bulacan, subject to order timing and availability.

Delivery fees:

  • Free for Metro Manila and Rizal Province

  • ₱250 for areas outside Metro Manila and Rizal

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

What Is the Cut-Off Time?

The cut-off for same-day delivery is 2:00 PM Philippine time.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day scheduling. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery Windows

Standard delivery windows are:

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

You may select your preferred window at checkout.

Delivery windows are provided on a best-effort basis. If delivery is completed more than two (2) hours beyond the selected window due solely to Floristella’s fault, a 5% refund of the order value will apply.

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, All Saints’ Day), delivery window selection is not available. Deliveries are scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

What Happens If the Recipient Is Not Available?

Our team makes every effort to complete delivery successfully.

Delivery is considered fulfilled when the arrangement is received by:

  • The recipient

  • A responsible person at the address

  • Reception or building concierge

  • Or when a recorded delivery attempt is made

If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect details, refusal, or venue restrictions, the order is considered fulfilled.

Redelivery requests may be accommodated subject to additional delivery charges and will use the same returned items, including perishable add-ons such as cakes.

Can I Change My Order After Placing It?

Order amendments or address changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Changes requested within 48 hours of delivery may not be accommodated.

Freshness Guarantee

Floristella bouquets are arranged fresh on the day of delivery.

Flower longevity varies by variety, but most arrangements maintain freshness for 3 to 7 days with proper care.

If there is a quality concern, please contact us within three (3) hours of confirmed delivery time with clear photo evidence.
