Hello floristella , the flowers delivered to the recipient happened to be cutt from the stem down which doesn’t help in preservation in the near future .
That is a bad move and hope it isn’t repeated again.

I ordered this bouquet for my best friend’s birthday and it turned out even better than I expected! The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and the soft pink tones made the whole thing look super elegant. The lilies were just starting to bloom, which I loved because it made the bouquet last longer.
The wrapping was also really well done – not flimsy at all, and the black ribbon gave it a classy touch. It looked exactly like the picture (if not better in real life), and it arrived on time. My friend was over the moon!
