The flowers were really nice and beautiful. I was just a bit disappointed with the card. I wasn't expecting it being pinned on the board. As "card" was stated in the form, I assumed it to be a card to be given to the family of the deceased that's why I wrote a very personnal message. I wasn't expecting everyone would see it. It would be best if you can be more specific on your website, including the billing and the receiver information. For this purchase, Emmalou was the receiver not the buyer. Sorry if I may have overlooked the details on your website but it was too late for me to make the changes after recognizing the error.
